Company Description: Our client is a successful software house, active in the market since March 2001. It is a well known company recognized by its product and the vast improvement towards the way clients create, maintain and operate enterprise applications. Bearing in mind the acceleration of its innovation and international expansion capabilities, our client wants to reinforce its teams with a Field Support Engineer.
Job Description: The Field Support Engineer will have as primary responsibilities: creation of field support tools including field support extranets, technical samples, demonstrations and prototypes, training and business solution templates; delivery of technical training to customers and partners; definition and implementation of processes related to customer/partner engagements in order to automate all field support activities; supporting Sales and Pre-Sales in customer meetings and represent the company in external events, among other activities.
Competencies: Our client is looking for candidates who have until one year of experience, preferably with a degree in Computer Science or other similar areas, with a solid technical background in development and architectural skills as well as the ability to apply those skills to solve specific business and technical needs, ability to communicate his thoughts clearly and capability to solve complicated problems in stressful conditions, proactivity and capability of working in a team environment that might include travelling and high availability, enjoying highly diversified work with several parallel activities, being at ease presenting and demonstrating solutions to prospects and partners and English fluency.
