Requirements:

-A Bachelor's Degree is preferable, and good knowledge in Hardware and Software;
-Help Desk experience (Preference in a Multinational Environment) and the desire to continuously learn and develop skills
-Passion to give world-class service to company's customers;
-Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team;
-Excellent language skills being fluent English and French
