Job Description:

The role holder is accountable for managing all elements of help desk service delivery, into several customer accounts.

- Manages elements of service delivery, with full contact to middle management level within the customers, in order to deliver contracted commitments and continual service improvements
- Controls elements of service risks, and service costs and improves productivity for customers and the company, in order to increase its profitability and continually improve cost effectiveness for both company and the customer
- Proactively manages help desk units for several suppliers, in a service partnership as a "one service team"
-Manages, motivates and develops a team of technical/non-technical help desk staff, ensuring the team achieves their objectives and constantly improves quality and teamwork.

Requirements:

- Typically 2 year + experience of leading and managing teams
- Competency in developing a team of technical staff
- Clear knowledge of Service Delivery Management standards and practices
- Totally focused on customer care
- Degree or equivalent, or full relevant experience
- Service Delivery Expertise
- Understanding Client Operations
- Contract Adherence
- Monitoring and Reporting
- Financial Management of Projects & Services
- Preparing Bids and Tenders
- Offer Definition and Value Propositions
- Risk Management
