AXA Group Solutions is a subsidiary of AXA and operates shared solutions for AXA entities and assists in implementing Group programs. It is a fully commercial organization with a team consisting at around 200 consultants coming from 8 different countries and being based in four different locations (Paris, Lisbon, Ipswich and Bangalore). Its mission consists in implementing and deploying Group Programs and Group Solutions.
AXA Group Solutions is setting up a SAP Group Solution Centre in Portugal that will manage all aspects of developing and maintaing SAP system in Europe.
The role is effectively to support the various SAP system for which the SAP Group Solution Centre is responsible for:
- Resolution or managing the resolution of incidents and change requests related with SAP BASIS;
- Monitoring SAP using CCMS and other monitoring tools;
- Monitoring and tuning of Oracle databases;
- Provide technical expertise in supporting ABAP software development and Functional Team members in various European locations;
- Manage and execut the SAP transport system;
- User and security administration;
- Management and execution of installations and upgrades;
- SAP security administration;
- Assist team member in the design and sizing of SAP landscapes;
- Transfer of knowledge to the project team
- 2-3 years of experience;
- Experience in managing SAP WAS;
- Experience in executing profiles and authorization changes;
- Experience with ORACLE databases;
- Experience with UNIX operating systems;
- Excellent communication skills;
- proactive approach;
- Experience of working alongside internal and external providers;
- Avaliability to travel within Europe;
- Excellent written and spoken English (candidates will perform and English assessment test);
- Good written and spoken German (candidates will perform a German assessment test);
- University degree in computer science or related field
