YDreams is looking for a self-motivated Helpdesk Technician to compliment the company’s Infrastructure and Logistics team.


Responsibilities include:
Acting as first point of contact and responding to user requests for problem resolution related to hardware, software, telecommunications and other related equipment;
Repairing, upgrading and maintaining PCs, including installation of various software and peripherals;
Round the clock logistics and infrastructure support for ongoing projects ranging from defining to installing equipment to be used;
Travel to remote sites as necessary.

Requirements:
Secondary school diploma or higher;
Minimum 3 years experience working in a similar role;
Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Linux;
In-depth knowledge of PC Hardware, peripherals and networks;
Excellent customer service skills required;
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills required;
Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
Good command of spoken and written English;
Must possess strong work autonomy and the capacity to maintain confidentiality at all times;
Available to travel both in Portugal and abroad;
Must have a valid driver’s license.
